Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These terms govern bookings and treatments provided by Bear Skin Aesthetics. By booking an appointment you agree to the following.

Consultation requirement

All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and medical assessment. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical judgement and suitability for each patient. The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe or not in the patient's best interests.

Age policy

We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to individuals under the age of 18, in accordance with current legislation in England. ID may be required.

Booking fee

A £50 booking fee is required to secure all treatment appointments. The booking fee is deducted from the final treatment cost on the day. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice ("no-shows"), will lose the booking fee.

Cancellation policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, will lose the booking fee and may incur a rebooking fee.

Deposits

All appointment deposits are taken as the £50 booking fee described above. Deposits are non-refundable within the 48-hour cancellation window and are non-transferable if appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a rebooking fee may apply.

Refunds

Aesthetic treatments are bespoke clinical services and as such are non-refundable once delivered. Individual results vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If you have concerns following a treatment please contact the clinic as soon as possible and a review appointment will be arranged.

Right to decline treatment

The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, where the patient's expectations cannot reasonably be met, or where any contraindication is identified.

Complaints

We take all concerns seriously. Please contact the clinic directly in the first instance and your concerns will be acknowledged and reviewed.
