Help
Frequently asked questions.
- Do I need a consultation before treatment?
- Yes. All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and medical assessment. Recommendations are based on clinical judgement and suitability for each patient.
- Do you treat under-18s?
- No. We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to individuals under the age of 18, in accordance with current legislation in England. ID may be required.
- Are prescription-only treatments handled by the practitioner?
- Where a treatment requires a prescription, an independent prescribing practitioner will undertake the necessary assessment prior to any treatment being carried out. Prescriptions are issued only following assessment of the individual patient's suitability.
- Will results be guaranteed?
- No clinic can ethically guarantee results. Individual responses vary, and we focus on safe, evidence-informed treatments designed to enhance your natural features.
- How should I prepare for an appointment?
- Arrive with a clean face where possible, stay well hydrated, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before injectable treatments. You'll receive specific guidance during your consultation.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- A £50 booking fee is required to secure all treatment appointments and is deducted from the final treatment cost on the day. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will lose the booking fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
- Is the clinic insured?
- Yes. The practitioner holds professional indemnity insurance and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
